I recently contacted Winloot about their new game format and the fact that , the new format would not let me play. They replied that their comittee would review and get back to me?

Well, they have'nt, and meanwhile I cannot participate in any of the games, which I have done religiously for the past year or so! I would think that as a loyal participant they would make some kind of effort to help solve the problem or explaine to me how to access the new fomat so I would be able to continue as always,BUT NO They just kick us to the curb
